If you have an issue with the software and we can’t find it within 60 - 90 days from the day you reported the bug you are entitled to a full refund.


You are only entitled to the refund upon which our tech support can’t resolve this issue through a video call in the period of 60 -90 working days.


Failure to report the issue properly while being on the support call or through email without a proper response will lead to denying of a refund.


Refunds will not be given unless you get on a Zoom call with us to fix the issue.

Chargeback Policy


The Client agrees that he/she will not cancel the service contract, ask for a refund and/or chargeback if the problem is outside the control of the Company (Provider), including but not limited to the following situations:

the Client changed their mind;


the social media that the software works on decides to change something that causes the software to stop working temporarily.


the Client misunderstood the service that is to be rendered;


the Client insisted on having a product/service in a particular way, against the Company's advice;


the Client failed to clearly explain its needs to the Company.


Your account will remain suspended if we win the dispute without refunds and you will be banned from our products and services for life.


Anything apart from this just send an email to support@automatics.zendesk.com and tell us what progress you've made & why you feel it doesn't make sense to invest further, and we'll happily provide you with a refund.


Renewal Refund Policy


The customer should reach out to our support support@automatics.zendesk.com with the email they used to purchase and cancel their subscription before 48 hours or the renewal charge excluded Saturdays and Sundays. Failure to do this will result in charge of that month with no refund.
